Deadline for applications for the 2011 show is September 24, 2010. Applications will be accepted after this deadline based on space availability. All applications will be reviewed by the committee to ensure they meet the show criteria.

One 110v 15 amp outlet is provided near each booth. Requests for additional electrical services (at no charge) can be made on exhibit application form.

Forklift Services

Forklift will be provided at no charge to assist exhibitors during move-in and move-out times.

Move In Times: Large Equipment by appointment:

Friday, January 7, 2011 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 8, 2011 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A new corporate policy at Saskatoon Prairieland Park Corporation prohibits us from unloading any equipment using multiple forklifts or unloading material over 8,000 lbs. Special arrangements will have to be made for equipment exceeding this weight.

General Move In:

Sunday, January 9, 2011 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, January 10, 2011 - 8:00 a.m. to noon (Carry in exhibits only). MUST BE READY FOR NOON OPENING

Move Out Times:

Thursday, January 13, 2011 - 5:00 p.m. to midnight
Friday, January 14, 2011 - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

The Business Centre is designed to provide on-site convenience to Western Canadian Crop Production Show exhibitors. Photocopying, fax, telephone, internet connection, and small meeting tables are available at no cost.
